Wearing an outfit that makes you confident is one thing. But dressing up with an outfit that magnifies the whole you is another. Good thing Nadi gets it and delivers you with both.
Meet Nadi
Nadi is a Filipino slow fashion brand launched on May 5, 2025. Its collection’s sourcing of materials and manufacturing are all done locally from Angono, Rizal. Made out of love and passion, its brand name came from its owner and designer’s maiden surname – Bulanadi.
“It’s my way of sharing a piece of myself out there, that’s why it’s called Nadi,” Myca Bulanadi Mendoza, the founder and designer of Nadi, said through an interview.
While Nadi was officially launched in May 2025, its birth has gone through years of conceptualization. It began when Mendoza was in her 3rd year of college. The idea arose when Mendoza wanted to see something unique in the local fashion market.
“Because in the [local] clothing stores, all we see in the malls are fast fashion labels and I wanted to see something different,” she stated.
The execution of the sketched idea began in November 2024. And after months of stitching all the hard work and talent, it came to life in May this year.
First Collection of Nadi
“Attachment — A collection” is the first collection from Nadi. Its visual design does not only resonate with the designer’s feelings but also her desire to experiment. Nadi’s first collection is an experimental casual wear. As per Mendoza, it is about showcasing what NADI really is – redefining casual wear.
“I want to produce something so unique that you can’t really define it right away,” she expressed.

According to Mendoza, the Moon Top is her personal favorite. Its design is the most experimental one that she created in this collection. The cuts are carefully thought out, every cut is intentional.
“That’s the main product of Nadi and that’s who Nadi really is,” said Mendoza.

The choice of fabric is tailored to each design. This collection used different kinds of cotton and linen. Mendoza wanted everything to be experimental.
Wear Exclusive Pieces
As a slow fashion brand, each piece is limited. The original designs speak for its worth. Nadi is a brand that you will not see in typical fashion stores. You can get yourself a piece of Nadi with a price range of an entry level signature brand.
“Once you have a piece of NADI, only [a] few people will have it,” Mendoza shared.
Nadi launched products with sustainability in mind. Producing limited quantities and utilizing durable fabric is their step to being eco-conscious. An example would be their best-selling Flow top which uses linen, a timeless quality fabric.

In the next collection of Nadi, you can expect them to continue producing sustainable clothing with a capped production. Spoiler alert: it will be a capsule collection of day-to-day casual wear. It will be of more value than its actual price.
Nadi’s Edge in the Local Fashion Market
Nadi is about personifying your character through slipping into their clothes. It is about making a statement and expressing yourself in a way words cannot. Wearing it is a creative way to put your inner self into the spotlight.
“We want to reinforce your individuality without being too loud,” Mendoza expressed.
If you are someone who is into elevated casual wear, Nadi is your brand. Not only do you support a local brand but you get to be confident in your own presence. And most importantly, you put on an outfit that speaks you.
For fittings or purchase, you may check out their location in Base Greenhills. You may also expect to see them at pop up shops, with dates announced on their social media. To secure your desired pieces, you may visit their website: nadiatelier.com.
